Coach Karolyn Cahill

Coach Cahill was born and raised in the Papillion - La Vista area. She attended Papillion - La Vista High School where she played varsity basketball all four years as well as running cross country, playing soccer for 3 years, and running track for a year. After high school Coach Cahill was offered a scholarship to play college basketball at Doane University. While at Doane she played four years of basketball while earning her degrees in History, English and Secondary Education. After college Coach Cahill took a job at Westside while coaching at Millard West. She was a reserve coach for a year, a JV assistant for a year, and finished her final year at Millard West as a head JV coach and Varsity Assistant. During the summers she gives private lessons, as well as manages a fireworks tent. Coach Cahill is very excited to become a part of the Warrior family and can't wait to get to work. Coach Cahill also loves to hang out with Bear, her 6 year old German Sheppard - Lab mix that she has had since her days at Doane.
